- $165 per 50 minute session
- $200 for Biopsychosocial and Treatment Planning
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
I am an In-Network Provider for:
TRICARE and AETNA
I am an Out-of-Network Provider for all other insurances. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services for Out-of-Network specialty providers.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- How much will you reimburse for services with an Out-of-Network specialty provider for CPT codes 90791, 90837, and 90847
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need a referral from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Military active duty personnel require a referral from your PCM. Your dependents do not require a referral.
Payment
I accept all major debit and credit cards as forms of payment. HSA payments are also accepted. I utilize a HIPAA-compliant third-party company (IVY Pay) for collection of payments. This portal is so encrypted that even I do not receive your card information.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If your session is on a Monday and you need to cancel, please cancel by 4pm the previous Friday, so someone else in need can be provided your appointement slot. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
